Our Shipping Policy:
We proudly ship our products anywhere in the world. We use a wide variety of shipping services depending on the item and urgency (First class vs. UPS Next Day Air for example). The cost of shipping will vary depending on the product, its destination, and the amount of insurance required. Please contact us for international shipping charges.
Our Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us and we guarantee our instrument purchases. If you are not satisfied with an instrument purchase and the item is returned within three (3) days in LIKE-NEW Condition we will issue a refund. If the instrument has suffered any damage, including scratches, or has been tampered with then no refund will be given. All shipping expenses are paid by the buyer, unless the instrument was defective or arrived damaged. If an instrument is returned it must be insured by the buyer for the purchase price as well as be traceable by the shipping company. This avoids any confusion regarding the location of a return package. There are no refunds given on strings, books, DVD/CD's, or humidifiers. Please ship any returned instruments to: The Ukulele Shop
